John Chaplin has a kind and reassuring manner and will talk to you in a way that will help you understand your condition and the options for treatment as well as likely outcomes. John creates a good rapport with all his patients and he understands what a stressful time presenting to a head and neck specialist can be. Our office is modern, fully equipped  and has easy parking and access as well as a very comfortable and stylish waiting room.

I was referred by my endocrinologist to see John for a lump in my thyroid. John explained everything I needed to know clearly and I felt confident enough to follow his recommendation. He saw me again just prior to surgery for an informed consent. Surgery went very well. He came and checked on me that evening and discharged me the following morning. I saw him a week post-op and he was very happy with my progress.
I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning and I must say the entire experience was very pleasant and reassuring. I would have no hesitation to recommend John for his empathy and professionalism.
